I’m an executive recruiter in the global MedTech space — known for building real relationships, not just pipelines. After years of helping founders, VPs, and investors land the game-changing talent they need to scale, I’m now channeling that passion into something bold of my own.

I recently launched Trinity Talent Solutions, a boutique executive search firm focused on placing top commercial and engineering talent in high-growth medical device companies — especially those pushing boundaries in musculoskeletal, surgical robotics, and venture-backed innovation.​
